The mission of Black Diamond Properties Holding is to increase the quantity and improve the quality of affordable housing in the urban communities it serves. Since inception in 2017, Black Diamond has completed (11) acquisitions and (5) dispositions of multi-family properties in Essex, Union, Passaic and Atlantic counties. Mr. Webster also owns Sigma Development Group LLC and is co-owner of A&K General Contracting Services LLC through which he has completed renovations on over 125 units of affordable housing throughout the state. Prior to founding Black Diamond Properties, Mr. Webster worked at J.P. Morgan Asset Management – Real Estate Americas as a real estate investor.
